search
You benefit from the support of one of our real estate brokers specialized in rent-to-own to choose your future home among the properties available on the market. Once you have made your choice, Solution Nord-Immo acquires the property. You commit to leasing it for a specific period of time, with the option of buying it at a fixed price before the lease runs out.

Leasing and
credit restoration
During the leasing period, you live in the chosen property and pay Solution Nord-Immo a monthly amount established by a formal contract. Our experts work closely with you at restoring your credit to ensure that you meet financial institution requirements when buying your home.

Purchase of the
property
Finally, it's time to purchase your home! Our team assists you throughout the acquisition process. You benefit from end-to-end real estate services along the way.
Eligibility requirements
Down payment or equity
Down payment or equity required is 8% to 20%. It can include RRSPs, a loan, a family donation, or assets such as a cottage or land.
Type of property
It must be a single-family property, a condo, a new construction or a residential income building.
Income
Your family income must be over $60,000, including family allowances.
Contract length
The contract that will bind us will have a minimum duration of 12 months.
